Florida voters sues for recounting!

Three central Florida voters have been mounting an unlikely bid to overturn the presidential election result in the Sunshine State.

In a lawsuit filed on Monday in Leon Circuit Court, they asserted that it was not Donald Trump but Hillary Clinton, who actually won the Florida. The plaintiffs, who live in Osceola and Volusia counties, informed that the state’s official election results had been off because of hacking, malfunctioning of voting machines and other problems.

They have already been asking for a hand recount of every paper ballot in Florida, at the expense of defendants including Trump, Gov. Rick Scott and 29 other Republican presidential electors from Florida.

Even lawyers for the plaintiffs acknowledged that time is not there on their side. An Orlando attorney representing the plaintiffs, Clint Curtis said that the defendants may not respond by the time the Electoral College meets on 19th Dec. He said, that "They can ignore it entirely,”.

He added later that he has received a “deluge” of reports from the voters across the state of problems on election day, including people who turned away at the polls and said that they had already voted. Florida Division of Elections officials reported very "minor issues" on election day.

Curtis said that Trump officially got more than 4.6 million votes in Florida, beating Clinton by more than 112,000 votes.
