A Casselberry man has been behind bars after police informed that he stripped naked and touched himself in front of children walking to school on Wednesday morning.

Kyle Matheny, 21 years old, was allegedly caught on camera committing the lewd act near Casselberry Elementary School.

According to police reports, a family recorded the incident from their driveway as they took their 8 years old and 10 months old children inside their home and called police.

Police believed that Matheny removed his clothes on school grounds before committing the act in broad daylight. Police also informed that Matheny was arrested in March for breaking into Casselberry Elementary School. He remained in jail on $15,000 bond.

Matheny had been scheduled to go before a Seminole County judge at 1:30 PM on  Thursday.
